1.en caso del riesgo de la vida de la madre

2.Inviabilidad fetal

3.Violación

How do you think about abortion?

You know, government of chile enacts “abortion is illegal except 3 cases.

1.there is risk to the life of the mother

2.The fetus is unviable

3.Rape

チリは3つの場合を除き堕胎は禁止されている。

1.母体の健康と生命の危機がある場合

2.胎児が子宮外で生存不可能な場合

3.レイプによる妊娠の場合

日本では、期間が定められているものの人工中絶を選択することが“できる”。そして妊娠をした多くの少女が人工中絶を行っているのも事実である。全体では一年間で20万件の中絶があったとのデータもある。昭和に比べて減ってはいるもののまだまだ多く存在する。勿論これが大きな問題であると私も考える。しかし彼女らが中絶を選択する背景には社会問題が存在する。

 Primero, no tienen sentimiento que el aborto es muy malo religiosamente. La mayoria chilenos tienen religion. Asi qué tienen biblia que te dice que el aborto es muy malo, por lo que, no pueden aceptar el aborto.

First, Japanese don’t have sentimental of abortion is very bad for humanity because this is the one of way of living for them. Besides we don’t have religion. En chile, in most case, people have religion like a denomination of Christian. The bible say that abortion is very bad. So they’re debating about this.

第一に日本には人工中絶が絶対悪だとまでの認識が無い。これは彼らにとっての手段の一つであった上に日本人の宗教観は他国と大きく異なる。チリでは多くの国民がキリスト教を信仰していて、その聖書では堕胎が悪であると読み取れる記述がある（らしい）チリでも他国でも人工中絶に関して多くの議論がなされている最中である。

 Segundo, costo del aborto es no cara tanto. Además el riesgo de la crianza hijo con ambiente que no hay preparación y dinero es muy alto. Porque la sosiedad de japón es generalimente muy dificil para crier hijos incluso tienes preparación. Además para jovenes, es economicamente mas dificil qué otros.

Second, cost of abortion isn’t very expensive as can’t select it financially. Besides risk of bring up child in economically poor environment is so high. Because the society of Japan is generally difficult for poor family. Including general family,,, in addition case of young, this is more difficult than others.

次に金銭的な問題について。人工中絶の費用は金銭的に断念するほど高価ではない。そのうえ金銭的かつ精神的、環境的な準備のない中での若者の妊娠、出産、子育てのリスクは非常に高い。なぜなら日本社会に生きる中でお金のない若者が子供を育てるということはとても厳しいからだ。これは若者だけの問題ではない。一般的な層且つ準備をしていても子育てはとても大変なのだ。特に妊娠の為に中退を選択した若者だと尚更である。

mucha chilenos me dijeron que el aborto es moralmete muy malo, si o si. Yo igual lo pienso. Porque el aborto es asi como asasesinato. Sin embargo, ¿es absolutamente correcto?

A lot of Chilean say me “morality, the abortion is very bad”. Certainly i think so too. Because this is like murder. However, absolutely corrects?

多くのチリ人は私に、人工中絶は倫理的に絶対悪だという。勿論私もそう思う。人工中絶と言えば聞こえはいいが、実態は立派な殺人であるからだ。しかしながら、この選択は必ずしも悪なのだろうか。

¿es legalmente justo prohibir el aborto?

Me parece que no. No es justica. En mi opinión, se deben que dar libertad de elección es la justica realmente, democraticamente y femeninamente.

Por supuesto, el aborto es muy malo para cuerpo y corazon de madre. Pero cuando piensas sobre el bebé y su futuro economicamente, el nacimiento es absolutamente mejor?

Is this legally justice prohibiting abortion?

I think no, this is not justice. In my opinion, we have to have liberal to select. This is really, democratic and feminism.

Of course, this is very bad for woman’s body and spirit.but when you think about your baby from aspect of financial,,, absolutely the birth is better?

法的に人工中絶を禁止することは正しいのだろうか。

私はそうとは考えない。これは一個人の意見であるが、選択権を女性に与えることが正しいと思う。現実的にも民主的にも、女性の負担を考えたうえでも。

勿論人工中絶は女性の体と心に大きな傷を残す。しかし金銭的に余裕の全くない状態で妊娠し、子供の将来を考えた時、出産を選択することが必ずしも善と言えるのか。

En chile, naturalmente el aborto debe ser malo.

Pero generalimente hay justicia detras de la justicia.

En japón, mujeres quienes elegin el aborto, piensan sobre hijos. Si no pueden ganar dinero como podrán crecer, si o si su hijo va a ser en ciclo de pobre.

Entonces una vez, vamos a pensar y dudar sobre la cosa que se está volviendo común en su comunidad. Me parece que no podremos sacar una conclusión. Sin embargo es muy importante para la paz.

In chile, naturally, the abortion is bud.

But generally, there is justice on the back of another justice.

In Japan, woman who selected to abortion thought about their baby. If they won’t earn money as can bring up child, definitely child will be in poor cycle.

Then one time, let’s think and doubt about things that are defined common in your community. I don’t seem to arrive one consequence. However this is very important for peace.

チリでは人工中絶は悪。

しかし正義の裏には正義が存在するのと同じように、日本では子供のことを考えたうえで中絶を選択する人が多くいる。もし自分たちが子供を育てられるほどのお金を稼げなければ子供は貧困の渦に飲まれていくことが目に見えているからだ。

一度、考え、当たり前の正義を疑ってみよう。

一つの結論に達するとは全く思わない。

しかし、大切なのは結論を出すことではない。
自分の正義をもう一度考え直し、他の意見についても考えることである。そして平和への第一歩である。
